Fifty Fifty Pas Dosè Millesimato
Classic Method. Pas Dosè Millesimato quality sparkling wine
Chardonnay 50%/Pinot Noir 50%
From early September, strictly by hand in boxes and only in the coolest hours of the day to maintain the integrity and optimal temperature of the bunches.
The grapes all come from the same on the slopes of Mount Calvario with a south-east exposure, where it benefits from a significant temperature range that allows a late harvest so as to obtain a wine with an intense aroma and a non-raw acidity. Over the years, the maturity of the vines now allows us to select small quantities of bunches that qualitatively we consider suitable for producing reserves. Marly soil.
